PINKLADY offers free and easy return & refund. Ensure that your item fulfils the conditions below:

• Within 30 days of receipt
• Invoice available
• Our courier consignment note available
• Original condition
• Original packaging

If you received our product with listed condition, you are entitled to get refund from us with exchanging to the new one:

1. The PINKLADY is seriously damaged during the delivery process so it is no longer usable.
2. The PINKLADY has passed the expiration date.
3. If the item you received is not PINKLADY. It mistakenly switched to another product.
